Is it serious if I mixed up my baby's formula incorrectly?

It is not serious if you have incorrectly concentrated the formula for your baby. Adding the powder before the water is generally okay, as long as you use the correct amount of water. If you accidentally added the powder first and then the water, there may be slightly less water in the mixture. This could result in a slightly more concentrated formula, but it should not cause any complications as long as you have not already noticed any issues.
