Is it serious to exceed the caffeine limit while pregnant? I forgot to order my decaf iced macchiato. (I already had a coffee)

It is generally advised to limit caffeine intake during pregnancy to less than 300mg per day. Exceeding this limit occasionally should not cause significant problems, but it is still best to follow recommendations for the health and safety of both you and your baby. It is always better to err on the side of caution.
