Is it true that the effervescent form of vitamin C is less effective and loses its antioxidant properties?

Good morning, sir. According to Health Canada, the consumption of more than 2 grams of vitamin C per day should be avoided, as it is linked to a higher occurrence of kidney stones and high iron absorption. There is no evidence that vitamin C supplementation has an effect on cognitive improvement, so I would advise you to discuss with your doctor whether 2 grams a day could also do the trick.
