My 10-month-old son has bumps appearing in groups of 2 on each of his hands and 1 on a finger. Nothing on his feet and mouth.

Based on the symptoms described, it is difficult to determine the exact cause of the bumps on the baby's hands and finger. It is important to continue monitoring the situation and observe if there are any changes or new symptoms. If the baby does not seem bothered by the bumps and there are no signs of itching, it may not be necessary to apply any cream at this time. If vomiting continues, it is recommended to give the baby Gravol suppositories to reduce symptoms. Providing light and small meals can also help in monitoring how the baby reacts to food. It is always best to consult with a healthcare professional for further guidance and advice.
