To help alleviate the rash caused by sun exposure and sunscreen, you can stop using that particular sunscreen and use a mild hydrocortisone cream once a day after a bath in the evening. Applying cold packs during the day and using a moisturizing cream can also help. Typically, the rash should improve within 4 to 5 days.
