It is not normal for a 6-month-old baby to have redness on their penis. It could be caused by the moisture and contact with urine and feces from using cloth diapers. If the redness does not go away or gets worse, it is recommended to consult a doctor. It could possibly be a fungal infection, which can usually be easily treated with antifungal cream.
