"My 6-month-old son has eczema. It's preventing him from sleeping and eating. I've tried desonide, cortisone. Nothing is working. What do you suggest?"

I would suggest seeking a consultation with a pediatric dermatologist to find more suitable treatments for your baby's eczema. In the meantime, try limiting hot baths, continue using cortisone, and moisturize with a cream containing colloidal oatmeal. It must be hard to see your little one suffer, but seeing a specialist could provide the best solution for managing the eczema. Good luck.
