My fingertips are tingling a lot, especially on my left hand. It's not swollen or red, it's been like this for a week.

It is possible that the symptoms you are experiencing with your fingertips could be a reaction to an ingredient in the gel nail polish you used. It is recommended to remove the nail polish and take a break to see if the symptoms improve. You can also try applying cold compresses or soaking your fingers in a solution like Dermburo. If you notice any redness or slight swelling, a hydrocortisone cream may help. However, be aware of any signs of infection such as redness, swelling, pain, warmth, or pus. If the symptoms persist or worsen, it would be best to consult with a healthcare professional for a proper evaluation.
