On the box of Aleve it is written not to take more than 2 tablets/24h. I have pain, can I take them every 8 hours, so 3 per 24 hours?

The maximum dose of this over-the-counter product is 2 tablets per day to reduce the risk of side effects. You have several options available to you. The first one is to take 2 Tylenol Extra Strength about 5 hours after the Aleve, in order to extend the duration of analgesia without much risk of toxicity. The second option is to consult a doctor who can prescribe a higher dose of this medication, Naprosyn. Continue to take pantoprazole on the days you take Aleve to reduce the risk of side effects. We look forward to seeing you.
