Small bumps on the skin, with rash (patches) when it starts to get warm, what could this be?

The small bumps on the skin, accompanied by rashes (patches) when it gets hot, could be a common reaction to heat and sweat. This can result in redness and tingling, caused by skin irritation. Sweat can become trapped on the skin, blocking sweat glands and leading to a skin rash. To prevent these redness and rashes, it is recommended to wear loose, lightweight cotton clothing, avoid hot and humid areas, stay hydrated, and use cold compresses to lower skin temperature. Keeping the skin well-moisturized with unscented, non-greasy lotion is also important. If redness persists, a 1% hydrocortisone cream can be applied for up to 7 days. If cortisone is ineffective, there may be a risk of a fungal infection, and a pharmacist should be consulted to examine the lesions accurately.
