We are traveling. Following the plane/pool, my child is coughing a lot, but without a fever. At what point does the cough become concerning?

If your child has been coughing for more than three weeks and is otherwise well, active, and not experiencing a fever, it may be a cause for concern. However, if they do not have a fever and are otherwise healthy, there is typically no need to worry. To help reduce coughing, you can try to minimize mucus in their nose by using nasal hygiene techniques. Good luck!
