When I fast in the morning (without eating breakfast), can I still take my vitamin D (once a week), my calcium/magnesium supplement, my two tablets of arthritis Tylenol, and my ASA tablet? Or should I take them with a meal (lunch or dinner)?

It is recommended to take your vitamin D, calcium/magnesium supplement, arthritis Tylenol, and ASA with a meal to avoid stomach irritation and improve digestion. However, Tylenol arthritis can be taken in the morning if needed. Taking them on an empty stomach may cause gastric discomfort.
