When I turn my torso from left to right, I hear a sort of breathing noise, similar to asthma, even though I am not breathing. What should I do?

It is normal to hear a kind of wheezing sound when you twist your torso from left to right. This is because the movement reduces the space for your lungs, causing them to release some air and create that sound. As long as you are not experiencing a fever, there is no need to worry at all.
