As a patient of one of our Family Health Organization (FHO) practices, we are pleased to offer you additional access to primary health care. Your primary care physician’s FHO is a group of local family doctors who work together to improve your access to high quality primary medical care. As part of our commitment to you and your family, our after-hours clinics offer increased services and access to primary care for our FHO members’ patients exclusively, including same-day visits for FHO patients on a first-come, first-served basis. If your physician is not able to see you, they will direct you to visit one of our After-Hours Clinic locations listed below.
