A1C Test

The A1C (HbA1c) test is a blood test that helps estimate average blood sugar levels over the past 2–3 months. This service provides access to A1C testing for diabetes screening and monitoring, based on clinical need and risk factors.

You’ll receive guidance on how to prepare (if any preparation is required), what your result indicates, and recommended next steps. If results suggest prediabetes or diabetes, you’ll be directed to appropriate follow-up care and management resources.

Athletes Foot

Athlete’s foot is a common fungal infection that affects the skin of the feet, often causing itching, scaling, cracking, or burning between the toes. This service provides an assessment to confirm whether symptoms are consistent with athlete’s foot versus other causes of foot rash.

If appropriate, you’ll receive treatment recommendations such as antifungal options and practical self-care steps to improve comfort and reduce spread. You’ll also get guidance on hygiene and prevention to help lower the chance of recurrence.

Blood Pressure Testing

A procedure to measure the force of blood against artery walls, used to diagnose and monitor hypertension.

Canker Sores

Canker sores are small, painful ulcers inside the mouth that can make eating and speaking uncomfortable. This service offers an assessment to confirm that the sores fit typical canker sore patterns and to rule out other causes that may need different care.

You’ll receive recommendations for pain relief and mouth care, along with advice on common triggers and how to support healing. If symptoms are severe, recurrent, or atypical, you’ll be guided on next steps and appropriate follow-up.
