Services
Skin infections can cause redness, warmth, swelling, tenderness, crusting, or pus, and may occur after cuts, shaving, insect bites, or friction. This service provides an assessment to help determine whether symptoms are consistent with common infections such as folliculitis, impetigo, cellulitis, or infected eczema, and to identify warning signs that need urgent in-person care.
If appropriate, you’ll receive a treatment plan that may include wound care guidance, symptom relief options, and prescription therapy when clinically indicated. You’ll also receive clear instructions on monitoring for worsening symptoms and when to seek follow-up.
The glucose (blood sugar) test measures your current blood glucose level and can be used for screening and ongoing monitoring. This service provides access to glucose testing with an assessment of symptoms and risk factors to ensure the right test is ordered and interpreted appropriately.
You’ll receive guidance on preparation (such as fasting instructions when applicable), what your result may indicate, and recommended follow-up. If results are outside the expected range or symptoms are concerning, you’ll be directed to timely medical evaluation.
The A1C (HbA1c) test is a blood test that helps estimate average blood sugar levels over the past 2–3 months. This service provides access to A1C testing for diabetes screening and monitoring, based on clinical need and risk factors.
You’ll receive guidance on how to prepare (if any preparation is required), what your result indicates, and recommended next steps. If results suggest prediabetes or diabetes, you’ll be directed to appropriate follow-up care and management resources.
The medications/drugs service provides support for safe medication use, including reviewing side effects, interactions, dosing questions, and adherence concerns. A clinician can help you understand how your medications work together and identify potential issues that should be addressed.
Depending on your needs, you may receive recommendations for adjustments, monitoring, or coordination with your primary care provider. If a new or worsening symptom may be medication-related, you’ll be guided on appropriate next steps and when urgent evaluation is needed.
Vaginal yeast infections commonly cause itching, irritation, and thick discharge. This service provides an assessment to confirm that symptoms are consistent with yeast and to identify signs that may suggest other causes (such as bacterial vaginosis or sexually transmitted infections) that require different care.
If appropriate, you’ll receive treatment options and self-care guidance to reduce discomfort and support healing. You’ll also receive prevention tips and clear instructions on when to seek follow-up testing or in-person evaluation.
