Can I drink alcohol during the treatment (once a week)? If so, how much and what are the risks?

It is recommended to avoid alcohol completely while taking Accutane as both alcohol and the medication can put a lot of strain on the liver. If you do choose to drink alcohol, it is best to limit yourself to a small amount consumed with a full stomach. It is advised to avoid drinking on an empty stomach. Have a good evening!
