Can I start using Bon Départ milk #2 a little before my baby reaches 6 months? What is the difference between the stages?

It is generally recommended to continue using stage 1 formula if your baby has started eating solid foods. Stage 2 formula typically contains a slightly higher amount of iron, so if your baby is already getting enough iron through solid foods, sticking with stage 1 may be sufficient. It is also a good idea to follow a recommended order for introducing solid foods to ensure your baby receives a variety of nutrients.
