How do I calculate my next ovulation?

To calculate your next ovulation, you need to know the length of your menstrual cycle. Ovulation typically occurs 10 to 14 days before your next period. If you recently stopped using contraception, your cycle may not be fully regular yet. If your cycle is 28 days long and your last period started on March 8th, ovulation could occur between March 21st and 25th. It is recommended to have sexual intercourse every other day starting from day 10 of your cycle. Light bleeding does not necessarily indicate a problem.
