I went to the gym yesterday and today I have a lot of pain near my knees in both legs. When I get up, it hurts a lot and when I walk a little it goes away. Is this dangerous or is it just a case of raking?

Hello, the fact that the pain comes and goes makes me think it could be ragging. I suggest you gradually resume training, but don't stop. Moving around will help your symptoms go away more quickly. If the pain does not diminish over the next few days, please reach out to me again.
