I would like to know which sunscreen you recommend, as I have an allergy to the sun.

It is recommended to choose a sunscreen with a sun protection factor (SPF) higher than 30, up to 60 if you plan on extending your time in the sun. Look for one that is effective against both UVB and UVA rays, containing ingredients like Mexoryl and Tinosorb. Ideally, it should also include a mineral filter such as titanium dioxide or zinc oxide. Make sure it is water-resistant and fragrance-free. Remember to reapply generously every two hours for optimal protection. It is advisable to consult with a pharmacist to find the best sunscreen for your skin type and preferences.
