Is it good (or too much) to add Omega 3 to Materna vitamins (without DHA) as a supplement during pregnancy?

It is not necessary to add Omega-3 supplements to Materna vitamins during pregnancy. The only essential supplement to take during pregnancy, if you are already eating three meals a day, is folic acid found in Materna. Omega-3 supplements do not provide any additional benefits when taking Materna vitamins.
