Pregnant at 34 weeks. Recently experiencing evening nausea. I am taking 150mg of Zantac twice a day and I was wondering if I could combine it with Diclectin.

Yes, you can combine Diclectin with Zantac. Diclectin should be taken on an empty stomach for best results, ideally 2 hours before or after a meal. It has a delayed effect, so it is recommended to take it about 6 hours before you typically experience nausea. If needed, the dosage can be adjusted, and Diclectin can also be taken in the morning and at bedtime if nausea occurs at other times of the day. It is always good to consult with a healthcare professional for personalized advice.
