Since I switched from Adepal to Optilova 20, I haven't had my period. Is this normal? Should I be concerned?

It is normal to not have your periods while taking the birth control pill continuously. This is because the pill can sometimes stop your menstrual cycle altogether. If you have been taking the pill consistently every day at the same time, there is no need to worry about being pregnant. If you are still concerned, you can take a pregnancy test for confirmation. If the test comes back negative, then you are not pregnant.
