Which painkiller can be used if one is taking anticoagulants?

If you are taking anticoagulants, it is best to use Tylenol (Acetaminophen) as a pain reliever and to avoid anti-inflammatories like Advil, Motrin, and Ibuprofen. The recommended dose of Tylenol is 1000mg (2 tablets of 500mg) every 4 to 6 hours, up to a maximum of 8 tablets (4000mg) per day.
