Are there some pastilles/drugs that I could take to alleviate the symptoms of my cold (sore throat, extinction of voice and congestion) being pregnant?

for nasal congestion, saline therapy is recommended and poses no risk to the fetus. For sore throat, the use of salt water gargling is the least risky therapy to cause harm to the fetus. Relieving pain with Tylenol and taking lozenges containing cetylpytiridium and benzocaine may also be possible. Get some rest and save your voice if possible.
