Hello, it appears that you have been taking Cipralex to treat depression since August 2017 and the symptoms have been stable since then. I suggest that you consult with your doctor to discuss whether you and your doctor feel you are well enough to attempt withdrawal or whether you should switch to another molecule in the same family. Antidepressants all have their own unique side effect profile and it is also different for each person. In the meantime, you can try a small dose of melatonin, 3mg, at bedtime, for a few days and see if there is an improvement in your night. However, I do not suggest that you try withdrawal without medical consultation, given the risk of a relapse of depression.
