Hello, I take Femara to ovulate, but I notice that my periods have decreased and the pregnancy tests I do are negative every time (I have polycystic ovarian syndrome). What more could I do to succeed in conceiving a child in your opinion?

It is important to determine if you are ovulating. If the ovulation tests are negative, it is best to consult your doctor and/or a fertility clinic for further investigation. There are many potential causes for difficulty conceiving, such as fertility of the spouse, endometriosis, and "blocked" fallopian tubes. I recommend discussing this with your doctor. If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.
