Mifegymiso is an abortive pill that can be used up to 9 weeks of pregnancy and is covered 100% by RAMQ. There is also voluntary interruption of pregnancy by surgery which can be performed up to the 12th week of pregnancy (and sometimes up to the 14th week in some establishments).
