Melatonin and jet lag.

If you choose to take melatonin to help with jet lag, it is recommended to start taking it on the first night you arrive at your destination to facilitate your sleep. You can take it for a few days to allow your body to adapt, but long-term use is not advised. A dose of 5 mg should be sufficient. Have a great trip!
